Please read my FAQ before submitting your request (it has info about my rates, availability and subject matter I do and don’t tattoo). I usually reply to requests within a week or two, so keep an eye on your inbox/spam folder. Please attach a few reference photos (feel free to also include pics of the area on your body you'd like the tattoo). 

1. Name/pronouns if you wish to share

2. Phone number

3. Detailed description of what you'd like to get (ex: style? Color? Scars or other tattoos in the area?)

4. Location on your body (be specific- left/right, inner/outer, etc)

5. Approximate size in inches ("medium" doesn't count)

6. Budget if you have one

7. Days and times you're typically available
